Update ZA Central Registry • Phase 1A: Business model exercise – completed • Form & shape of the CR • Revenue generation model • Governance, etc • Phase 1B: Functional specifications exercise • Set for completion in late October 2010 • Policy, technical & administrative environment • Financial model (in the light of Phase 1A report) • Next phase: actual building & operation of CR • Integration of existing domains into CR – disruptions to be avoided & minimised

  4. Update • ZA market survey • ZA ADR process • 39 decisions since 2007 • 2010 AGM • Held in late July 2010 • Approval of audited statement • Appointment of 4 new Directors • Minister’s appointments to be finalised before 30 Sept 2010
