  2. Law Enforcement Veteran David Batkins is a law enforcement veteran who has been a Master Mason at the DuPont Lodge for 11 years and a fully qualified Firearms Instructor for 35 years.

Works at the Culpeper County Sheriff’s Office David Batkins has enjoyed a long and successful career in law enforcement that includes serving on the Virginia State Police Association's board of directors. At present, David Batkins works at the Culpeper County Sheriff’s Office as a Deputy Sheriff PT School Resource Officer and was promoted to Sergeant on July 21, 2021.

  4. Licensed Firearms Instructor David Batkins is a licensed firearms instructor who is keen to promote safe firearm usage.David Batkins began his 40-year career in law enforcement first as Patrol Officer and then a K-9 Handler from 1981 to 1984.

  5. Future Plans David Batkins works in law enforcement and has spent many years establishing himself in the industry. In total, David Batkins has worked in law enforcement for 40 years and would like to retire in the next ten years and enjoy his time on beaches unwinding in the sun.
