1. Visit a place with a blend of history and ornate architecture- Lisbon It was my sister’s birthday and we started planning her birthday trip. As it was her special day, she chose the destination for us. Lisbon was the destination we decided to visit. One of my family members have been there and loved the place. We made all the reservations and did all the packing.

2. We boarded our flight for “Lisbon Portela Airport”. From the airport, our hotel “Hotel Avenida Palace” wasn’t too far. The minute we landed at the airport; we could feel how amazing this destination was. As soon as we reached our hotel room, we freshen up and stepped out to explore this amazing city. As we started to stroll around the streets, we saw Tram 28. It is one of the most amazing things about Lisbon. I never travelled on a tram before, so I was very excited. We took the ride and decided to go to our favourite place in Lisbon called “Alfama”. It was such an amazing place so we could not wait and visited it on the very first day. Alfama is the perfect place for people who are looking to enjoy your food with a view. Some people were coming here on foot. But as we were a bit tired after the flight, so we took the tram. This was such an amazing neighbourhood with cobblestone streets. There were many clubs, restaurants and other shops in this area. We were very hungry and decided to eat our food here. After spending an amazing time here, we took the tram and came back to our room. There are some restaurants which people can rely on and enjoy their dishes. Some of those restaurants are- •Pastéis de Belém •Landeau Chocolate •A Valenciana •Café de São Bento •Loco •Gelateria Nannarella •Comida Independente •Bettina & Niccolo Corallo On the next day, we visited the “National Tile Museum”. One of the most exciting and alluring things about Lisbon is its architecture made with colourful tiles. As we were very attracted to the architecture of Lisbon, so we decided to go to this museum. It was all about various simple and colourful tiles. Oceanarium was our second stop for the day. It was the largest aquarium one can ever witness. It is Portugal’s largest indoor museum. There were over 8000 living

3. creatures here. We enjoyed looking at various beautiful creatures like birds, penguins, puffins and much more. Cascais was our first stop on the following day. It was such a beautiful seaside town. As my sister is fond of beaches, we went there. It was such a relaxing day as we lie down in the sun. Apart from enjoying the beach, we even saw some of the forts that were made to protect against pirate attacks. We took a stroll around the colourful and cobblestone streets here. After enjoying our best here, we headed to “Gulbenkian Museum”. It was a museum all about the splendid and most unique artworks. We enjoyed the best time here looking at all the art collection. Finally, we went back to our rooms and cut the cake for my sisters’ birthday at midnight. After the celebrations, we packed all our stuff to catch the flight the next morning. I had to make some changes in my bookings so I did it through British Airways Manage Booking via the official site. Finally, we boarded our flight and reached home.
