  1. Marketing Tips and Tricks for Startups Often the success of any startup depends on preparing its marketing strategy. Sometimes founders have little or no marketing experience. Companies will sometimes give up a marketing budget to meet other needs of the company, yet marketing efforts play a big role in the sales pipeline. Choosing to allocate time and resources to marketing will increase sales, quality of leads and reduce the time it takes to complete a transaction. With a little effort from the founder himself, agency, or part-time employee, you can see the benefits. A little help and some tools will take marketing to the next level. Take a look at some of these tips to guide your efforts: Benefits speak louder than comparisons Sales and Marketing work hand in hand. A test of success Finding the right track might take some failures. Strategically test your marketing by testing your ideas against each other. A / B testing can provide data-driven results rather than just guesswork. This approach pushes you in the right direction gradually. Multichannel approach Testing multiple channels is a great idea. Consistency in each channel is a better idea. It is usually the combination of all the channels when the marketing starts to work. On average, a person will need to hear / see something 3 times before it becomes attached. They may not need your service or product at this time, but they will remember your name when the time is right. Review sites Listening to your customers is important. Show them that you care about their thoughts. No matter if it's good or bad, make room for your customers to hear. Many turn to Yelp or business review sites. Show that you care about your customers and that they receive the best out of your business. Be social Talk back to your customers. Provide them with the information they are looking for.
