EXPORTS • The Indian Pharmaceutical Industry is highly developed • Indian generic products are widely accepted in all developed markets • There is a considerable demand for Indian finished dosage forms from leading Indian manufacturers in the non regulated small markets • Several customers source such products here for re-export to countries that do not require registration

EXPORTS • The Raj Group is ideally positioned to help such partners who want to source finished dosage forms of reputed Indian companies • The group by virtue of its position as wholesalers for almost all leading Indian companies can source virtually any product required by customers • The group would also be in a position to obtain such products at the most favourable prices

  14. EXPORTS • Products would be sourced and shipped to the required destinations or supplied locally as required • Shipping documents would be prepared to meet the partners requirements • The partner is expected to take responsibility for necessary permissions for goods reaching the destinations

EXPORTS • Rates quoted would be FOB Mumbai • All payments would either be in advance or by means of a L/C of reputed banks • The Raj Group would transparently share with partners the procurement prices for the products and the margins charged by them • Likewise if customers share the final destination transfer prices a profit sharing model could be arrived at

EXPORTS • The group would normally not engage with more than one partner for a given market • The group would not be in a position to engage in any activities involving regulatory processes other than obtain from manufacturers a certificate of analysis or GMP certificate • A formal sales agreement mentioning products, geographical areas and terms of supply could be entered into if desired
