The PCS Refresher Provider Portal for 2019 renewals is accessible in your drafts tab. Temporary authorizations/extensions will be given in the Optum scheduling period or upon assessment scheduling. For further queries, contact Provider Education or Customer Service.

  3. Temporary Authorizations/Extensions • Will be granted during the Optum scheduling period, OR if the client has an assessment already scheduled. • Will be granted a 30-60 extension
