  4. What is needed ? Careers? People? Opportunity? Awareness? Advertising? Investments? Government?

  5. Who is target audience ? adults? Maine residents? New maine citizens? Hs students? teens? recruiters? Government?

  6. When? Is a full time paid advocate needed? Private or public? Part time advocate? Paid or volunteer seasonal?

  7. How to get? advertising? In state only? Out of state? Regional? National? recruiting? Guidance counselors? Are salesmen needed for aviation?

  8. Wii –fm radio pay? Job security? benefits? goals? dreams?
