  2. Introduction to Referee Academy Purpose Program Outline Staff Session Calendar Commitment Review/Discussion of State Referee Law Test Pregame and Referee Teamwork Laws Changes for 2012 Q & A Agenda
  3. Goal: To improve refereeing at all levels by providing high quality ongoing training and development opportunities for experienced referees. Objectives: Provide top quality, ongoing training to referees of all ages and grades, who are willing to commit to the program and fully participate. Start to identify and select referees with high potential. Ultimately we expect these referees will go on to regional and national competitions and eventually some will be national/professional/international referees. Work with assignors and assessors to ensure referees are working games that most effectively develop their skills and test their limits. Purpose
