  2. Create Your Data Table in Excel

  3. Note: Column I is the Sum of Columns D, E, F, and G

  6. On the Chart Tools Design Tab, Choose “Select Data”

  7. Click the icon to the right of “Chart Data Range”

  8. Highlight the Data Range, then reclick the icon to the right

  9. Under “Horizontal (Category) Axis Labels, Click on “Edit”

  10. Select labels for data, then click “OK”

  11. Under Chart Tools Layout Tab, Select “Chart Title > Above Chart”

  12. Give the Chart a Title

  13. Choose Different Chart Designs Using the Chart Tools Design Tab (some will convert values to % of total)

  46. Repeat with Each Series Label

  47. Under Chart Tools Layout Tab, Select “Chart Title > Above Chart”

  48. Give the Chart a Title

  49. Label the Axes Using the Chart Tools Layout Tab
