EVMS Top Level Expectations for Instrument Team Support • Establish strong schedule • Select milestones and set weights • Process is performed for the Phase B pilot program baseline and the Phase C/D baseline • General guidance is the task durations (for the weighting process) should be 2 months or less • Provide monthly schedule updates • Due the 5th calendar day of the month • Submit a monthly estimated actuals report • Due the 10th business day of the month • Work with APL to understand variances
