  4. Please pay attention to the following areas:

  5. Tourist Destinations: • Read the World Map, click on 2 places only. • Tokyo: Study the fact and environment carefully • Pearl River Delta in China: Look at the 6 places in the map and remember the names, but need not click on the details of each place.

  6. Jobs and Career: • Read the three major tourism-related industries briefly. • They are Airlines, hotels, tour and travel agencies.

  7. Syllabus: • Read the syllabus content briefly. • Remember the names of the 4 units.

  8. Encyclopedia: • Search the following words: tourist, travel agent, travel insurance and passport. • These words will be related to “Matching” in the quiz

  9. Tourism Related Organization: Remember the full names of three local tourist organizations: HKTA/HKTB, TIC and HKHA.

  10. Games: Enjoy the role-play game. • If you have any questions, please refer to the FAQ session.

  11. Assignment • Visit a tourist destination (in Hong Kong or in other countries) • Write an essay about the visit in 200 to 250 words. • Do it on an single-lined paper
