Purpose and Methods ８ treatment hospitals 1 national centre • 22,000 PLHIV/127million population (2013/6) • HIV stigma still strong • Cross-sectional study at 9 HIV treatment hospitals →Treat 30% of Japanese PLHIV • Anonymous questionnaire to 1,786 (40% patients treated (except 2hospitals) • Responses by mail from 1,100 （61.6%）
