Desirable Outcomes and Next Steps • This afternoon: review and revise our goals • Initiate a dialogue that will continue and bring us to our model for the next seven years • Prepare retreat minutes • Present retreat findings and SWOT to External Advisory Panel on April 4-5 • TODAY identify volunteers to lead discussion of key retreat topics at the EAP meeting • Develop a list of potential action items at the end of today that will lead to work by smaller work groups March-August 2013 • Reconvene in September 2013 to review, ratify, implement • December 2013: start writing our renewal!
