Horizon 2020 timeline Final trilogue meeting 25 June 2013: the co-legislators reached a political agreement covering the Framework Programme, the Rules for Participation and some elements of the Specific Programme of Horizon 2020 as well as the EIT. Nextsteps: • Vote in EP plenary (19 – 21 November 2013) on the H2020 package. • Adoption by the Council (2 December 2013). • 16 further Commission Decisions required for Horizon 2020.

ERC Work Programme 2014 timeline • Scientific Council 18 June 2013 • Budget two-thirds for StG & CoG/one-third for AdG; review of SyG; extended restrictions on submissions from 2015. • Commission • Inter-services Consultation for all WP parts by the end of October. • Planned adoption for all WP parts 10 December 2013. • "Behind the scenes" formal (re-)adoption of all WP parts in early 2014. • Programme Committees • Three meetings of "shadow" Programme Committee scheduled before the end of the year (24/9, 11/10, 12/11). • Written procedure early next year.
