Put your name on the BACK of your paper. Detailed diagram Create a head to toe diagram with handicaps Label each handicap and describe its purpose Clinical Finding Report Each above average trait should be noted Detailed description of the handicap prescribed to counter the trait Make the report as “official” sounding as possible!
