Themes for 2011 • Increase customer usage of SMT and HAN • Provide opportunity for Market participants to increase offerings and products by implementing modifications to current functionality or implementing currently identified new functionality • Provide a Secure Solution • Achieve specific level of performance in existing and future functionality

  2. THIRD PARTIES • The term 3rd Party is too broad • Any registration should be done through the PUCT • Registration should include an annual report • A 3rd Party participant meeting needs to be held

NAESB Data Privacy Task Force • A new NAESB task force has been formed to achieve interoperability with respect to third party access to customer usage data, including privacy protection • NAESB Data Privacy Task Force • Co-Lead: Christine Wright – PUCT • Co-Lead: Robin Lunt – NARUC • Timeline: Expected completion by 2Q11 • Kick-off Meeting: February 16, 2011 at the NARUC meeting in Washington, DC • 1pm to 4 pm EST • Web access will be provided • Meetings: Bi-weekly TBD at the kick-off meeting • Distribution list: Contact Jonathan Booe at NAESB jbooe@naesb.org • Documents: located at http://www.naesb.org/req/default.asp
