Information Requested • 1) List of courts of last resort or instance, courts of appeal and other high judicial bodies in English • 2) Case summaries of judgments concerning either: • 1) Aarhus Convention itself, domestic legislation that implements the Convention, or issues related to the principles of the Convention; or • 2) Cases involving your country from relevant judicial bodies at the regional level, such as the European Court of Justice (EU) and the European Court of Human Rights
