Mobile Data Entry • Simple AuditM app on auditor’s mobile • Secure connection to AuditM website • Logon initiates download of the auditor’s Route Details to the mobile • All screens have Help messages • On-phone Help Text: • Login Screen • This screen manages connections between your device and the AuditM server, and displays information about you, your assigned routes and venues. It will also alert you to data that you have entered but has not been sent to the AuditM server. ….

Mobile Data Entry • Day and Audit Slot default from Mobile Clock: auditor can change if required • Venues auto-display in Route Order: auditor can scroll through if required • Count can be keyed in, or added / subtracted using buttons • Notes handle ‘exception’ or ‘issues’ reporting • Enter sends count and notes to AuditM website.

  8. Mobile Data Entry • Auditor can select a Day and Audit Slot to ‘jump’ to data entry for that slot. • Used mainly by auditors starting mid-way through the audit
