  4. EEE FEP • Purpose of Fire/Emergency Plan • Safe & orderly evacuation for staff & student in the event of a fire • Ensure prompt reporting & response to fire emergency & immediate activation of fire safety procedure to safeguard life & property

  5. EEE FEP • Fire Safety committee consists of: • Co-ordinator • Assistant co-ordinators • Fire wardens • Fire fighters

EEE FEP • Lecturers (What You Are Require To Do) • During the Drill: • Follows the instruction given by Fire Warden or Fire Fighter. • Evacuate your class in an orderly manner, assemble them at the designated section for your Block/Floor at the Assembly Point. • Take attendance of your class and record it on the Head-count Form. • Pass the Form to the respective Lab TSO/Fire Warden. • End of Drill: • Wait for the Co-ordinator instruction to end the Drill.

  12. Emergency Procedure • Use this procedure in the absence of TSO • Example: MTL, classrooms, etc

  16. Covered Foot-wears In Laboratory • Wear covered foot-wears at all time when you are in the laboratory.   17. Lecturer Responsibilities • Lecturer • Comply with all the safety procedures, rules and regulations of the school. • Responsible for students safety in lab • Have an obligation to SP, fellow staff/students and to themselves to work within safety guidelines.
