  2. Take turns with the equipment and discover new ways to share. Example: Each person gets a chance to jump rope 25 times. Respectful to All

  3. Have fun together and be a good sport: Say: “ Congratulations” “Nice try” “Good effort” Shake hands Respectful to All

  4. Speak to others in respectful and kind way. No: inappropriate language, put-downs, and teasing Respectful to All

  5. Include others in your games. Respectful to All

  6. Use playground equipment safely! Example: If someone is waiting for the swings, slowly count to 60 and then move off. Don’t stand behind the swing or jump off of them. Obey Safety Rules

  8. Wear outdoor clothing that is seasonally appropriate and safe.  Example: Avoid wearing flip-flops when you plan on running Obey Safety Rules

  9. Playing on the snow piles is not allowed! Obey Safety Rules

  10. Play fair and talk problems out in a calm way. Example: Listen to each person’s ideas and combine them. Act Responsibly

  11. Take care of school property. Example: Do not write on equipment. Act Responsibly

  12. Listen to the directions that school staff give you, so you know what to do. Example: Stop playing and line up when the whistle is sounded. Act Responsibly

  13. Walk quietly in the hallways. Ready to Learn

  14. Be willing to try new games! Ready to Learn
