Enrollment & Re-Enrollment Contracts In this training you will learn how to: • Establish initial settings for Re-Enrollment Contracts • Create & Manage Contracts • Access & Submit Contracts from New/Returning Family view • Process Contracts
Overview • Schools can use the Contracts software to create customizable forms that allow new and returning families to review and submit their enrollment/re-enrollment contracts online. Each contract can include policy text, display tuition and fee information, provide different payment plans, and also require a deposit.
Initial Settings • Re-Enrollment Managers create contract types to help organize contracts, and keep similar contracts grouped together.
Initial Settings • Re-Enrollment Managers can enable the deposit section of the contracts so that families can submit their contract deposit online. In order to do this, the Payment Gateway account info must be set up.
Initial Settings • Re-enrollment Managers can create payment plans to appear on contracts, so that families may choose what plan they prefer when they submit their contract.
Initial Settings • Deposit rules can be created if there are certain situations in which the standard deposit should be reduced or waived.
Deposit Rule Types • The Financial Aid Awarded type allows Re-Enrollment Managers to establish deposit amounts for families that received financial aid; different deposit amounts can be entered based on how much financial aid was awarded. • The Apply for Financial Aid type allows Re-Enrollment Managers to establish deposit amounts for families that applied for financial aid. • The Employee Role type allows Re-Enrollment Managers to establish deposit amounts for families that have an employee at the school.
Add Contracts • Each Contract can have its own policy text, tuition and fee information, payment plans and deposit options.
Add Contracts • Contracts can be broken into sections which can include both blocks and elements to customize the sections.
Generate Contracts • Once contracts have been built, Re-Enrollment Managers can generate contracts individually or in bulk for candidates/students. • Re-Enrollment Managers must assign a contract type for each candidate/student who should have a contract generated. • Re-Enrollment Managers will click “Generate Contracts” button. • Re-Enrollment Managers will then publish contracts so that families will have access to view and submit.
Process Contracts • Once families submit their contracts online, Re-Enrollment Managers can begin processing and accepting contracts.
