Follow our journey to prepare students for career and college by increasing capacity, addressing barriers, and aligning efforts. Our region boasts 62 CTE programs, 203 dual-credit classes, and 13 kindergarten readiness programs. Join us in our mission to launch a stronger school-to-work system, implement early indicator systems, promote STEM opportunities, and ensure kindergarten readiness. Launch a stronger, coordinated school to work system • Review 8 models from across the state • Develop school to work system with all 16 school districts • Launch teacher internship program with all 16 school districts • Launch lane county career expo(s) • Survey current career curriculum & adopt a county-wide curriculum • Identify personnel and funding for long-term sustainability • Develop marketing campaign and materials • Develop/purchase robust relationship management system • Create access to career systems for all school districts • Develop a county-wide calendar of college and career events

  7. Promote and expand STEM opportunities • Support under-resourced schools to purchase STEM equipment for the classroom • Elevate the visibility through an online resource directory and shared calendar • Increase educator capacity • Identify funding opportunities
