-Documents from the Courthouse Documents can be obtained from the Courthouse either on CD, Flash drive, FTP or you can scan them yourself.
-Courthouse to Title Plant The goal of the IIX Bridge programs is to get the images fully-indexed geographically then add them to your Title Plant after adjusting the abbreviations to conform with those you are used to working with.
-Load the Courthouse Documents You start this process by bringing the images to your local network.
– Automatically Uploads Docs to Data Entry … and loading them with Bridge-1 which then automatically uploads them to the IIX Data Entry Center.
-Automatically Downloads Indexing from Data Entry Bridge-1automatically returns the fully indexed and organized data from the IIX Data Entry Center to your network for your review.
-Data Entry Returns Full Geo-Indexing In Bridge-2 you check the entries and rename the abbreviations to match your personal ones (e.g. A/J for Abstract of Judgment). Once you have trained Bridge-2 how to assign, all future assignments are handled automatically.
- Post your Instruments to your Plant (Synchronization) Finally you post your instruments to your Title Plant (IIX, RQ, HafFile, Ultima) using the process called Synchronization. You have a chance to match up instruments if they already exist (Associations) so you don’t’ get duplicates.
