How do I get air? • Inhale: diaphragm contracts chest cavity to expands as diaphragm moves down • Causes area of low pressure (“no air”) • Air rushes in to fill void • Exhale: diaphragm relaxes and returns to normal resting position diaphragm moves up • Air naturally flows out from greater pressure Video link
