  4. Images • Are used for the press sheets / program guide / thumbnails • Are not stored on the WHATS’On database • Linked to a specific folder

  5. Link manually

  6. Open press sheet in the product press sheet navigator • Select the tab “Images” • Drag and drop the images from the target folder

  7. Image assistant

  8. Purpose • Used to add different images automatically to different product press sheets in one go

  9. Preparation • The press sheet configuration window  define source and target folder for the images • Save the images in the source folder with file name = Product code. If you have more than one image per product, distinguish them with an underscore

  10. Import images • Choose the press target

  11. Add correct settings • thumbnail or not? • Image Type? • … • Select the command: Add to program

  12. Move to target folder and rename based on site preferences

  13. Image look up table

  14. Purpose • Used to import images to different press targets at once

  15. Define the source folder • In this case the assistant looks at • The source folder of the default press target defined in the user preferences • If none is there, the source folder of the default press target defined in de drop down WonPressTarget

  16. Image prototypes

  17. Purpose • To enter some predefined values for images • Type • Height & width • …

  18. Use • Create an image prototype via the image prototype browser • Link this prototype to a productprototype

  19. Image editor

  20. Purpose • Makes it possible to browse and view information of images
