Compact Highlights • Undergraduate fee increases of 14% in 2004-05, 8% in 2005-06 and 2006-07 (following increase of 30% in 2003-04) • Graduate fee increases of 20% in 2004-05, 10% in 2005-06 and 2006-07 (following increase of 30% in 2003-04) • 20-33% of new fee revenue reserved for financial aid
Compact Highlights • Annual funding growth of 3% for salary and other cost increases in 2005-06, 4% in 2007-08 • Funding for additional 5,000 students per year, beginning in 2005-06 • Annual augmentation of 1% for core needs, beginning in 2008-09
