Version 1.8 • Separation of “Core” and “Quadrant Specific” Electronic Delivery Mechanism. • RGQ/REQ Quadrant specific standards version 1.1 published on June 30, 2009. • Addition of “refnum and refnum-orig” to EDM data dictionary. • On February 2009, FERC issued Order No. 587-T, Docket number RM96-1-029 which adopts NAESB version 1.8.

Version 1.9 • No new addition of elements to EDM Data Dictionary. • Add standard regarding decryption response time. • Add standard regarding protecting company proprietary/confidential information. • On November 19, 2009, the FERC issued a NOPR (Notice Of Proposed Rulemaking) to adopt Version 1.9 of the NAESB.
