Goals and Intent • Union congregations uniquely set priorities and goals within the overall context of Reform Judaism. • This presentation: • highlights congregational financial statistics reflecting those priorities. • looks at a variety of expense and revenue sources that congregations throughout the Union use • looks at staffing patterns as a beginning review of informational trends and facts about our congregations • There is no one correct answer. Each situation and congregation is as unique as their vision and mission!
