Club Philosophy • The Stephen Decatur Middle School Golf Club was created to expose 7th and 8th grade boys and girls to organized golf. • The ultimate goal is for all players to find true pleasure in the sport and strive to improve their skills throughout their lives. • Hopefully, a side affect of our efforts, will produce some golfers who may chose to take their game to the next level – high school golf. • No players will be cut from the club on the basis of talent. This club will cater to all levels. • The club is designed to teach players the fundamentals of the game and improve upon what they’ve already accomplished.
