FIRST THERE WAS NOTHING After the turbulent '90s and political changes in 2000 Start of harmonization of the practice began in 2004 with the adoption of the basic Law: 1 of the Law on Environmental Protection ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 135/04) 2 of the Law on Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment ("Off. Gazette of RS", No. 135/04) 3 of the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment ("Off. Gazette of RS", No. 135/04) 4 of the Act on integrated prevention and control of pollution of the environment IPPC ("Off. Gazette of RS", No. 135/04)
FIRST THERE WAS NOTHING These laws have been launched until 2010 Decision-more than 50 laws and regulations that detail the area of environmental protection and waste management.
SECOND THERE WAS SOMETHING Specific waste streams are made in two ways: -Packaging waste- COLLECTIVE SCHEMES And - WEEE, tires, batteries, asbestos, waste oil, automotive waste is regulated through the FUND FOR ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION.
