To be critical • To look for things that are wrong • To be critical = to criticize = to offer criticism
To be deliberate • Deliberate = on purpose = intentional • When Lucy picks up the football, it is deliberate – not accidental. • Lucy and Charlie Brown • Which is deliberate? A mistake or a plan?
To be excessive • Excessive = too much of something! excessive packaging
