  4. WRITING FEEDBACK Blended quotes (again) Poe sets the pace with bold capitalizations and emphasizing fragments: “TRUE!—nervous –very, very dreadfully nervous I had been and am; but why will you say that I am mad?” (Poe 1). Explain, explain, explain
