Case Study on Research Networking Needs • Define Business Needs that require or benefit from networking • Identify the information needed to address that business need • Examine current practice and identify strengths and weaknesses in meeting that goal • Prioritize improvement activities • Summarize the information about and prepare a guidance document for managing these networking needs • Provide a template for others to use in clarifying networking needs, methods, and expectations Goals and Activities

Keep info on the slides to a minimum so that people will be able to read it quickly and the words won’t go on and on and on in a run on sentence because that is very bad! • Provided detailed descriptions in the slide notes if needed for future reference. • Do not decrease the font size to less than 20. • Avoid animation and the use of colors that are hard to see such as yellow. • If you don’t delete this slide we will give you a hard time.  Additional Presentation Notes
