What is SEMCOG Doing? • Creating a comprehensive, online toolkit for communities, and others, with a vested interest in corridor redevelopment. • Users will be able to easily find information on appropriate tools that address the unique characteristics of a location and meet community needs.

What are some tool examples? • Sustainable Development • Green infrastructure assessment • Small scale energy efficiency assessment • (buildings, outdoor lighting, etc.)

Where will the tools be applied and refined? • Gratiot Pilot Corridor (Downtown Detroit to M-59) • SEMCOG is working with stakeholders to apply some tools along the corridor and segments along corridor • Working with stakeholders, concept level plans and vision strategies will be created for the corridor
