  2. Information Updates • Polk Parkway and Pace Road Interchange • University Boulevard (East-West Road) • USF Polytechnic Access Roads • Polk Commerce Centre Community Redevelopment Area (CRA)

  3. Polk Parkway and Pace Road Interchange • Improvements consist of widening the Polk Parkway from I-4 to South of the Pace Road interchange. • New Interchange at Pace Road and University Blvd. • Project started in Spring of 2010 • Completion of construction is anticipated in Summer of 2011.

  4. University Boulevard (East-West Road) & Research Way • Improvements consist of constructing a new six mile 4-lane roadway from SR 33 to the Polk Parkway. • Research Way is a 4-lane and 2-lane Roadway. • Project started in March 2010 • Completion of construction is anticipated in Winter of 2011.
