Purpose of Study • Evaluate the LOS on US 27 and other County collector roadways and intersections within an identified area (long-term) • Evaluate the LOS at the I-4 and US 27 interchange (long-term) • To identify the needed improvements to support a viable long-term State and County Roadway network.

Results • The I-4 and US 27 interchange does not fail in the future. • The LOS on US 27 between Dunson Road and Deer Creek Blvd will fail in the long-term. • An I-4 overpass from Grandview Parkway to Dunson Road with an extension to CR 54 provides a benefit for traffic relief on US 27? • The construction of the Central Polk Parkway provides the ultimate relief for US 27.
Transportation Network Needs? • Construction of the current North Ridge CRA CIP road projects. • Request the BoCC to adopt approval to move forward with a Project Development and Environmental (PD&E) study for an I-4 overpass from Grandview Parkway to Dunson Road. • Evaluate the costs to extend the I-4 overpass from Dunson Road to CR 54. • Future US 27 widening • Future construction of the Central Polk Parkway
