  1. ASSESSMENT AND SELECTION SPECIAL FORCES SFAS REPORTING INSTRUCTIONS As of: 12 FEB 02 Students will report to the SOAF bldg. D-3915 (Special Operations Academic Facility) no later than 2300 on the report day. Report with 10 copies of orders, medical records, and the complete packing list for in-processing. Uniform to report in is civilian clothing. Contact telephone numbers at SOAF are: (910) 303-0848 or 303-0842. IN CASE OF ANY EMERGENCIES: Students will call the USAJFKSWCS SDNCO (Bldg.D-3004 off Ardennes St.) at (910)432-2201
