Counselors Must Understand… • The world is changing • Skills that are relevant now will most likely be obsolete by the time our students graduate • Many students graduating from high school now will work in positions that do not even exist when they graduate from college • Flexibility and technology are key • Our guidance and the Programs of Study that we provide will play a large role in a student’s life after their K-12 education
