  4. Recommendation Bob Mize needs to work with Mentor Tech to put on a Fourth of July BBQ Event for the Texas Boys Ranch.

  6. Design & Writing Challenges We Faced Researching past events Organizing the report into sections Delegating report sections Time conflicts with other classes, work, etc.

  7. Document Design and Writing Choices Used a writing template to eliminate formatting headaches Kept section headings clear and simple Make it easy to flip through and find sections
