Has been assigned to prepare a feasibility report for Irrigation Project in Kirehe District, Western Province. It is a great pleasure to place on record that the services provided by WAPCOS are of a very high standard. The efforts put by the WAPCOS Team are commendable. 23rd December, 2011 Punatsangchhu Hydroelectric Project Authority This is to certify that WACOS LTD.
