  3. Personality Traits Who are you? • Introvert-Extrovert • Lots of Details – Big Picture only • Logical – Emotional • Planning ahead – Being in the moment Who is the person you are trying to help?

  4. Life Experience • Talents & Skills • Previous and Current Careers or Jobs • Volunteer Activities or Hobbies • Other Caregiving Roles • Care Receiving Roles • Helping & Support Roles • Knowledge about the Medical Community • Exposure to Dementia • Knowledge about ‘Aging’ Issues
