  1. Identify the type of conflict demonstrated below... • Should I buy a new pair of shoes or a new dress? • Should I propose to my girlfriend? • Do I want to get yelled at by my mom or my dad? Warm Up – HAPPY FRIDAY!!!

  2. PAGE 417- The Social Readjustment Rating Scale • Looking at the chart, identify all the life events that have occurred in your life in the past year. Add these up to figure out your score. Do you think this is accurate? 2nd Block

  3. Access the web quest either from my website or the shared drive • Complete the web quest using the links provided • These do NOT have to be in complete sentences, but should have enough information to fully answer the question • You may write your answers down or fill them in on the document Stress Web quest/Creation

  4. Once you have completed the web quest… • Open Microsoft Word and select a BROCHURE layout (any of them- does not matter) • Create an informational brochure about stress including; causes, statistics/facts, signs and symptoms, and most importantly coping strategies • Include images/color- Make these B-E-A-UUUTIFUL COPY AND PASTE = 0 Stress Brochure
