Our Process • Requirements prioritization and analysis • Risk-informed decision process with system reliability considerations • A river systems approach coordinated between Walla Walla and Portland Districts • Conduct technical requirement review meetings annually • Communicate requirements, risks and the plan
Walla Walla District Extended Outage Requirements • Funding dependent • P&S – Plans & Specifications • BCOES – review to evaluate biddability, constructability, operability, environmental, sustainability
Coordination Objectives • Program coordination with stakeholders • Communicate intended outage time frame • Communicate items in President’s Budget (usually February time frame) • Goal: 2017 Extended Outage • Funding dependent • Expected outage approximately 14 weeks • Will begin formal coordination when we have FY16 budget information
