  8. Der Ball des Kindes (The child’s ball) Die Tochter des Mannes (the man’s daughter) Am Ende des Tages (at the end of the day) Nomen + Genitiv Masculine and Neuter nouns of only onesyllable add “~es” in the genitive case.
