MATO GROSSO DO SUL MINAS GERAIS SÃO PAULO A Brazilian electric distribution power utilities: • Population: 6 million - 1,8 million of customers • 228 cities in 2 Brazilian states • 600 feeders in 119 substations • 1,5 million of poles and 110.000 transformers • 90.000 km of distribution net • 1.346 km of transmission lines PARANÁ Oceano Atlântico

  3. Elektro Case: Motivation • Distributed Generation  New energy producers • Change of electric model in Brazil • New connections in distribution net • Lack of procedures report or legislation in Brazil • Extremely scarce time (Brazilian crisis).
