Gan overview Selection Criteria • Operate a 3-6 month long program • Give out some sort of seed capital to founders • Take a small amount of equity (usually ~6%) and overall have terms that are favorable to entrepreneurs • Take no more than 5-12 companies at a time • Mentorship-driven: surround those companies with 40-80 mentors • Have funding for a two year runway • Have physical space available for their program  • Have a strong management team (generally entrepreneurs themselves) • Run at least one program. Started in Dec of 2012. • Program runs for 3 months; 2 times a year. • $25,000 investment for 6%. • Each class we select 8-10 companies. Have focus on global expansion • Each company are assigned 4-6 mentors each • Hold weekly meetings for 2 hours each every week • Culminates with a Demo Day Confidential. Please do not distribute.
