  5. Claim Notification & Settlement Notifying Airline I: Notify the Insurer within 10 daysfrom the Dateof Default(thru Fax Tel E-mail) II: Submit a letter of claim stating the amount of outstanding debt together with the supporting documents i.e. CSR, Invoice, Dud Cheque, AWB

  6. Claim Notification & Settlement Other Affected Airlines I: Confirm the Insurer within 10 daysfrom the date of receipt of the letter whether you are an affected creditor. II: If you are, submit a letter of claim stating the amount of the outstanding debt together with the supporting documents i.e. CSR, Invoice, Dud Cheque, AWB

  7. Claim Notification & Settlement Publicized DEFAULT Due Date Notification (max 10 days) (confirm in 10 days) Obtains supporting documents from affected Beneficiaries ready for a Creditors Meeting

  8. Once the submission of supporting documents has completely been made, Co-Creditors Meeting will be organized and the settlement can be made within 10 days following the resolution of the meeting.
