PAD THAI • Direction: • In medium pot boil the noodles. • Cut the chicken in small pieces. • Use a medium pan to fry the chicken. • Pour the oil in a pan, once the oil is warm, add the garlic, let garlic fry for 2 seconds or until light brown. • Add the chicken in pan and let it cook for 4 minutes. • Add Kitchen King spices and red chili. Keep stirring for another 5mins. • Mix noodles with the chicken for 1 minute. • Add soy sauce and mix for another 1 minute. • Finally add the sprouts and green onions. Mix and it’s ready to eat.
