WW Channels Update • The ‘new’ I7 Certification Manager application will be going live within the next 2 weeks in Pacific (ex. Japan) • XenServer Administrator eLearning vouchers are available for all CSA’s that are authorized (no limit); XenServer Administrator CCA assessment vouchers available (limited supply) • Harley-Davidson promotion @ Summit ‘08; get partners eligible by having them take online test after Summit ‘08 sessions; complete the XenServer S&P eLearning course or complete the CCSP 2007 (Windows/Web/Desktop) • Summit ‘08 Promotions– extending SPAN, XenServer ‘5 for 5’, ‘Time for Platinum’ (5% kicker) throughout 2008 • Channel training cost changes being explored for both CCSP 2007 (free) and technical training (looking at reducing)

2008 Recruitment & Capacity Planning • Pacific needs to be on a common capacity planning model; tool-based; allows for market flexibility • Pacific distributors need to be involved and helping to drive towards Citrix goals; measured in rebate • If Pacific is going to exit 2008 with 900+ partners (mostly CSA), our enablement and readiness needs to be more programmatic and distributors need to be involved in this process (Partner Enablement Lifecycle) • We need to keep barriers to entry to a minimum

Tools (Test-Drive) • Citrix Test-Drive is an on-demand, managed software demonstration system delivering ISV solutions directly to prospects and customers from web pages, electronic email, web banners, etc. Available to all Citrix Global Alliance Partners.
Tools (HotSpot) • The Citrix HotSpot Program allows software resellers and developers to extend the power of Citrix TestDrive to their prospects and others using a co-branded, customizable tool – from their own website.
