Preventive Maintenance (Tr) • The PM (Tr) application now allows PMs for Locations • Supporting customers who have mobile asset and fixed asset preventive maintenance programs managed by a single individual or a select group of users • Support for Maximo Asset Configuration Manager (ACM) and Maximo for Transportation’s best practice recommendations for managing ACM assets • Advanced warning when attempting to manage PMs for ACM managed assets in the PM (Tr) application

Warranty Management • Increased control on item warranty validations • Optionally configure warranty validation to recognize only the last item issued in a position as possible warranty • Any previously issued items still under warranty will be disregarded and will not be considered possible warranty situations • Performance improvements for warranty validations in various transactional applications like work orders, inventory usage, purchasing, receiving, etc. • Select Storerooms from any site in the organization as a Return to Storeroom on warranty claims • Warranty validation will now include ACM’s calculated meter readings when determining warranty durations

Asset Templates (Tr) • View the history of an asset template’s usage • See all the assets on which a template has been applied • You can now specify user-defined attributes in the Asset Templates (Tr) application. The template's user-defined attributes are applied to assets just as other attributes are applied. • Support for Maximo Asset Configuration Manager (ACM) and Maximo for Transportation’s best practice recommendations for managing ACM assets • Advanced warning when attempting to manage PMs for ACM managed assets in the Asset Templates (Tr) application

Motor Pool Management • A new hourly time billing unit has been added • Time billing units now include hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly • Correct billing errors with the new Create Dispatch Transaction Adjustments feature • Create billing adjustments with a fixed amount or by specifying detailed charges adjustments • New action to complete motor pool dispatches • Set dispatches to history and remove them from the default view of current dispatches

  22. Assets (Tr) • See the most recent asset template applied and all other templates that have been applied to an asset • Track the original date a license, permit, or insurance was issued to an asset along with all its renewal information
